Free-Motion Quilting
You can create beautiful designs over the surface of your quilt while not having to rotate it. Learn how to stitch swirls, loops, florals, and webbing while adding texture and depth to your quilts. Stencils will also be used!
Quilting with Rulers
Starting with with straight lines to get the feel for ruler work, you can create different shapes and motifs. In this class, you will learn how to execute quilting designs with basic straight line and circle rulers. This is a skill-building class; ongoing classes will utilize specialty shapes like clamshells, waves, and feathers. There are so many shapes to explore!

This is a one day, very easy, beginner-friendly class. We will be using improvisational piecing to create a one-of-a-kind project. It's small, so quick to complete while building key skills in selecting fabrics, cutting strips and straight line piecing. We'll also work on colour and value and how to balance them for a visually pleasing finish. And we'll get everything quilted and bound, ready to use and enjoy!
Sewing for Kids: May Session
Sewing for Kids is a four class session for kids age 8+. Starting with the basics on sewing machine operation, kids learn to sew and create projects utilizing the skills their acquired skills.
